In case you haven’t heard by now, Ronnie Fieg’s East Coast Project Capsule collection will start selling later today. With adjacent stores, one representing Miami and the other New York. We were very fortunate to be invited to the pre-opening gathering.
The event brought everyone from Rob Garcia of EN Noir, Joe La Puma, Matt Chevallard of Del Toro, Virgil, Pusha T, Maxwell Osborn & Max Pierre of Public School New York, Chris Stamp of Stampd LA, 13th Witness who photographed their look book as well as Mellany Sanchez, Santlov, Tatanka and many more. Lots of people came to show love.

For a while consumers showed resistance to wearing leather pants… Well, that has changed completely. The Webster is among the stockiest of EN NOIR this days. Luxury and well made garments are becoming more and more attractive to consumers along with darker colors (streetwear to be exact. Kanye has a lot to do with it). SKRILLEX Collaborates With G-Star On His Favorite Denim Fit The “ELWOOD” (Detailed Images)
G-Star collaborates with producer SKRILLEX on the G-STAR ELWOOD. SKRILLEX creativity goes beyond music; he also expresses his vision using graphics, packaging, videos, flyers and just about anything he can get his hands on. The G-Star “ELWOOD” was the perfect canvas resulting on an exclusive design which SKRILLEX named the ‘ILLWOOD’.
Specifics:
The unisex G-Star Elwood design has blind seams, simulated leather trims at the pockets and heel pad, a new ‘Ill’ logo on the coin and back pockets, and mesh lining at both the waistband and interior pockets. The inside of the denim features Skrillex’s hand-drawn illustrations of deep-sea creatures.
The limited edition G-STAR ILLWOOD will be available at 12 selected G-STAR stores worldwide from March 15th. Stay tuned for exact store details.

The opening of the James Royal Palm was cultural event unlike any other you’ve experienced.The James Royal Palm Hotel brought together Dao-Yi Chow, Maxwell Osborne & Collaborator Max Pierre of Public School, Young Arts, MOCA and New World Symphony to be part of ongoing cultural occurrences.
The property is Dope! I was walking around with in awe. Everywhere I looked there was something beautiful. My main focused for the night was to get a good look at the Public School front of the house uniforms. Dao-Yi Chow and Maxwell Osborne have done it again. Their vision manifested perfectly onto a working environment. Every piece looked comfortable, easy to wear and durable. Qualities that are very important for a uniform. Stay tuned for images from their SS13 and AW13 coming soon.
