The Adidas Consortium Woman’s Pack released in the UK this Saturday, December 8th at Wood Wood. No details on any possible retailer having them in the us but they’re dope!
Adidas “Super Tech” was first released in the 90′s. We will see them again Spring 2013. The shoe combines the three stripes with colors from the Adidas ’92 line. These are dope and different. What do you think?
With what must have felt like a big punch on the throat for Derick Rose right after signing that huge contract he gets hurt… Which probably means that this upcoming season he will be playing with insatiable hunger and determination.
Just in time for the new basketball season Adidas Basketball releases the new Adidas D Rose 3 with the most advance technology from Adidas Basketball to this day. The Adidas Derick Rose signature collection will be available October 4th at Foot Locker, Eastbay and Finish Line. The shoe will retail for $160 in away black/white/red and home grey/black/red colorways. They will be an additional seven colorways that will roll out through the end oft he year.

“The D Rose 3 signature collection is special to me because I worked side-by-side with adidas on everything from materials to fit to colors to make it the best we’ve done yet,” said Rose. “I love the new logo that calls out the most important things to me: my family, basketball and the city of Chicago.”
Rose’s new signature shoes feature adidas’ most innovative performance features, premium and rich style elements and the D Rose logo which was developed in close partnership with the Chicago Bulls point guard and 2011 NBA Most Valuable Player. The D Rose signature apparel collection features premium materials, textures and colors chosen by Rose. They represent his unique and understated style while paying homage to his hometown of Chicago. The collection includes jackets, hoodies, tees, shorts, pants, hats and socks to hook up with each colorway of the shoe.
“The D Rose signature collection continues our mission to work closely with Derrick to create the best performing products in the world that are built specifically for his electrifying style of play,” said Lawrence Norman, vice president, adidas global basketball. “Launching the new D Rose logo is a historic moment for our partnership. The premium and personal style and high performance elements of this collection represent the future of our product direction with Derrick Rose.”
The D Rose 3 is an all-new silhouette with synthetic and nubuck leather to deliver a clean and stylish off-court look. The oversized tongue has a reflective D Rose logo to illuminate and pop on and off the court. Chicago call-outs on the inside of the tongue portray the essence of Rose’s background, including an illustration of his family tree and the landmark of 73rd and Paulina in the Englewood neighborhood where he grew up. Each colorway of the D Rose 3 will feature special, personal graphics on the inside of the tongue, colors and materials to give fans details about his life.
adidas designers worked closely with Rose to develop a shoe molded specifically for his foot and style of play, which involves extreme changes in direction, acceleration and explosiveness. This personal fit ensures minimal foot movement and maximum efficiency, comfort and control to make one of the most agile and quick players in the league even faster and more elusive.
The upper features a diamond cut-out pattern providing a functional blend of breathability and support. The three stripes are again featured on the back of the shoe to represent Rose’s speed, and they now wrap around the outsole so opponents will see them not only when he drives past them, but also goes over them.

I cant even begin to tell you how dope this installation was. It’s one of those things you had to be there to really understand. Jeff Staple has been a pivotal part of our street culture. JS brings us season after season some of the must sought after goods on our culture so it was only fitting for him to curate what’s become “THE HOLLY GRAIL” of goods for lots of street culture enthusiast. By the way his booth was DOPE too!

This past Friday Annie, Karla & Muahz where invited to spend some time at Saks Fifth Avenue – Dadeland Mall. We got a preview of the fall trends along with a tour of the Contemporary Department, which is expanding in November just in time for the holidays. I love shopping and I personally love going to places where I get treated well and which makes it a better shopping experience. Anthony walked us through the Contemporary Department and showed us all the fab clothes. I can’t pick a favorite because I loved everything from leather, studding and sheer with mixed prints. I wanted to buy everything I saw!
We then went to get mini makeovers. I got to experience the Giorgio Armani treatment. Ellen was great; she treated me like a queen and showed me all the new colors in eye shadows, lipsticks and lip-gloss. We had a great time. I am picky with make up and Giorgio Armani felt nice on my face. Nothing felt to cakey which is what I really dislike and get turned off with when it comes to makeup.
Next, we each got to pick an outfit to write about that reflects our style. I really like to dress up and also rock sneakers every now and then. I wanted to be able to show how you can wear a dress in two different ways. I chose a leather dress by Parker, which I was drawn to from the moment I saw it. This dress is perfect for Miami because it incorporates the leather trend in a way we can actually rock here due to our one-week cold weather. I really like how I can dress it up with Christian Louboutin booties that touch on more details we will see in the fall such as studs, fish net and zippers. I am obsessed with this dress and shoes. I wish I could have kept it!
I then switched up my shoes to my Jeremy Scott x Adidas Wings “Rainbow” from Shoe Gallery. I love the wing detail on this shoe not to mention how comfy and stylish they are as well. I think the sneaker gives the dress a fun new look. As you all know I end my outfit post with a jump. I thought about not jumping because I was at Saks but that’s what I do, so here goes… Ready, Set, Jump!!

Last Saturday Adidas along with Sneaker Con made their 3rd stop in our city. The event had a great turn out. Doors opened at 12 pm. Having something for everyone including Adidas full display of what’s out now and what’s to hit retailers in the near future.

Adidas inovation will be put to the test during the NCAA March Madness Basketball tournament. Baylor University, University of Cincinnati and University of Louisville will be wearing new Adidas 28% lighter uniforms.
**Baylor University, University of Cincinnati and University of Louisville will wear the new, ultra-lightweight adidas adizero basketball uniform this month for the NCAA Tournament. The uniforms are on average 28 percent lighter than the schools’ previous uniforms to keep players lighter and faster on court during the most important time of year.**

It looks like Adidas wont let what happened with Michael Jordan take place ever again. Derrick Rose has signed on the dotted line for a 13 year deal of $185 Million dollars; however, with incentives it can go up to $200 million. So we can expect many more Adidas adiZero’s in the near futre.

Fortitude, Will, Intrepidity are all words that fully embody ADIDAS. No matter what is going on they always find a way to bring us something new. I’m feeling the Adidas-Fortitude-Mid. The shoe is light and comfortable.The Fortitude is a perfect blend between a boot and sneaker. I feel that some times is good to step away from the usual while trying something new. I’m psyched ADIDAS is always willing to push things a little farther. Werd!
