This past Tuesday I was fortunate to be part of the Marlins Social a Miami Marlins Social Media event Thanks David from THE305.com for putting me on to this. The event consisted of a park tour by the Marlins Social Media department. Not knowing what to expect, I was exited to be at the Marlins park for the first time. Upon arrival we were greeted by the parks Social Media Manager and the tour begun. I have to tell you this park impressed me a great deal. There isn’t a bad seat in the house plus you don’t have to stay in your seat. While the game is in progress you are able to walk the whole park without missing an inning! Yes…
Another impressive part was the food choices. There is something for everyone and I do mean everyone, from Kosher Korner foods to the traditional park burger and hot dogs and lets not forget some of the best Cuban Sandwiches Media Noche & Pan Cubano or Cuban Sandwich. There are also other gourmet options like Asian Burger, Shrimp Burger, Tenderloin BLT and Lime N’ Lobster Roll. Yum, I can’t wait to go back…
Before I forget, inside the Miami Marlins park you can also find a Clevelander. With a capacity of about 300 the tickets do go fast. If you’re into more of a party atmosphere that’s your best choice. The Clevelander opens a couple of hours before the game and stays open at least 3 hours after… Great place to have a good time before and after the game.
I was a bit concerned with parking but it was so easy and simple. I highly recommend getting your tickets online; however, there’s also parking around the park.
The staff was incredible. Very helpful and courteous. I also notice tons of art all over the park. This was a great experience. Don’t wait to long go see it for your self, plus so far we are a 500 club (we’ve won more than 50% of the games we have played)… GO MARLINS!
