I have to admit, lately I haven’t been visiting the Miami Bike Scene site as much but I have to say that every time I do, there’s good information. This past weekend they had the MIAMI Bike Polo BBQ event. Not only did I learned about a new sport (to me) but I also found out that the Bike Polo World Finals will be held in Broward. My First Critical Mass (Photos)
All day yesterday, I was thinking about whether or not I should go ride my bike at Critical Mass. What’s Critical Mass you ask?
Critical Mass is a massive ride that takes place on the last Friday of every month in Downtown Miami. So many people show up that it looks like a giant parade or some kind of street party.
Unfortunately, I didn’t get to fix my bike in time and the weather didn’t help, but at around 6:15pm, I decided to go to the location where the ride starts to take some photos. It was impressive to see so many different people happy to just ride their bike for what ends up being a 14 to 18 mile ride.

As I keep finding gems in Wynwood, I walked into GRAMPS BAR. The place is not what it looks like at all. With crafted classic drinks and a very chill atmosphere I’m sure I’ll become a regular.
I think you have to come experience it for your selves…
Last night there was a tweet-up brought by The New Times. There was free drinks and much socializing. I thought everyone would have been looking down at their phones as they tweeted the night away but it was nothing like that… So next time you hear of a tweet-up don’t be afraid. You never know what you’ll experience…
