Finally I got to taste Ms. CHEEZIOUS: I tell you this one Grilled cheese I tried has changed my mind for ever about having dinner in between to pieces of bread. Not long a go during Art Basel my friend Raul twitted about a blue cheese and bacon he had a food truck parked in a corner somewhere in the design district.
After doing some research we found out it was Ms. CHEEZIOUS. The time had not permited us to try their food. So finally last night we made it to “Food Trucks by The Bay” on 64th and Biscayne. To my surprise amongst the trucks present there it was Ms. CHEEZIOUS so ofcourse right away I went for the Grilled Blue & Bacon, Wow! That was amazing! Right after I placed the order I was wondering wether it was going to be an immense amount of cheese were it would have been way to over powering but to my surprize it was just the perfect amount of everything. Not to much bacon. Not to much blue cheese. Everything balanced to perfection. I must say I never thought about a grill cheese to be sexy but that grilled blue was sure sexy! (hahaha)

I also had the Goat Cheese & Prosciutto. Just as I’m writing about it again my mouth watered (I love good food). All flavors balanced to perfection. The goat cheese wasn’t over powering the prosciutto. I thought it was perfect. The experience was a full success. I will definitely do it again. One thing, I forgot to taste the Sweet Potato Fries. I will make it a point to try them next time… Werd!
