Heavy hitter DC SHOEs came all the way South East to bring a little flavor of their new Life Style line. Collette Gangemi, Hommy Diaz, Sharah Cirkel and Theresa Tran put together a first class event for Miami to welcome DC SHOE – Sector 7 SE Low “PLEASE STAND BY” and HI ADMIRAL SE. The shoe is versatile and comfortable. After wearing it for a day, I see the shoe working as both a hang out shoe and skate shoe. The SECTOR 7 SE is now available at SHOE GALLERY Miami. Here are some images from the event. Werd!
The firs thing I noticed when I got to the event was the Kicks: Adidas – SUPERSTAR II with the Lazered Primary Flight’s Logo, Fresh! Then as I walked through the crowd I heard the free style session. There was about 10 dudes going at it… After, I had some of the Mac and Cheese from the CHEESEME Food Truck… Wow, that was good. Come to find out the cook in the truck used to be the chef at Prime 112… That explains why I was licking my fingers…(hahaha) I couldn’t help it.
Shoe Gallery and Adidas put together a Fresh event. The food was great. The music and the Mc’s were on point. Primary Flight installations are still up so go by check them out. Adidas – SUPERSTAR is one of my favorite shoes of all time… Salute to Danny, Adidas and Primary Flight for putting together such a nice event. Werd!
Finnegans played host for the 4th stop of the RED BULL “BARGESPIN”. The BMX Park-Barge has been floating down the Atlantic from FT. Lauderdale. Tomorrow it will be floating to Bayfront Park for the last stop of the tour. The team is scheduled to start riding at 5:PM so don’t miss it.
Anthony Napolitan and Daniel Dhers were amongst the talented riders on this tour.
Anthony Napolitan on the left Bio: Anthony’s story goes far beyond a single trick, but XG viewers know him for the double frontflip he landed in Big Air at XG ’09, a first for BMX. A dirt jumper by trade, Anthony holds a bronze in Dirt from XG ’06 as well as the overall Dew Tour Dirt title from ’06, and he is the reigning BMX Dirt World Champion. A master of frontflip and backflip variations, he says he’s been working on new quarterpipe moves for 2010 to try to add to his ’07 XG Big Air bronze. via ESPN Action Sports
Daniel Dhers on the left Bio:Venezuela’s Dhers delivered a dominating run from ’06 to ’08, collecting three consecutive Dew Tour Park titles and three X Games Park medals, including back-to-back gold in ’07 and ’08. He owns some of the hardest tricks in the game, and his heavy-repetition training regimen means he’s incredibly precise and consistent. Fierce competition from an ever-deepening pool of Park talent ended his reign in ’09, but a move to Greenville, North Carolina, for 2010 has Dhers fully motivated to reclaim his throne. via ESPN Action Sports.
